At Master Key Group, we will make sure that your trip is tailored to you, assist you in case of unexpected problems, and help you anticipate potential issues in advance.

Our fees are transparent. In many cases, you save more than you spend. We can work within your budget, and we always focus on making sure that you get a solid value in return for our fees. 

Once you book the trip to the Cayman Islands, we will have an initial conversation or email to understand the main idea of the trip and essential details of it. We want to make sure we tailor the trip to Grand Cayman to your needs and wishes. Once we agree on Master Key Group providing the planning services, a deposit will be due at that time and the remainder will be due a day before your arrival on island.

We understand sometimes life surprise us with unexpected changes, so we do not have any cancellation fees attached to our services. We do ask you, in case of cancellation of the services, you advise us one week ahead so this way we can also cancel your reservations with the local vendors. 

In case there was any charge already made to vendors or any type of deposit in advanced we cannot guaranteed those deposits back but we will definitely try our best to help you.
